Fees, payment schedules and accepted payment methods are set out in each client's individual proposal or agreement. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, invoices are due within the timeframe stated on the invoice, late payments may result in a pause of services until the account is settled, and fees paid for work already delivered or in progress are non-refundable.
We aim to deliver all services within the timeframes agreed at the outset of a project. Timelines are estimates and may be affected by factors outside our control, including delayed feedback, missing assets, or changes in scope requested by the client. We will communicate proactively if a delay is expected.
Zorvex Digital provides its services with reasonable skill and care, but we do not guarantee specific results, rankings, traffic or revenue outcomes, as these depend on factors beyond our control such as market conditions, competitor activity and third-party platform algorithms. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Zorvex Digital shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from the use of our website or services.
